Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Understand customer goals and align our services to meet these objectives.
Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to improve customer experience.
Provide feedback to the product team based on customer input.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, , Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
