Basic Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive company secretarial support, including maintaining statutory records, preparing board and committee meeting agendas, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory authorities, ensuring timely and accurate submission of statutory documents.
  • Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements, and provide legal advice on corporate governance matters.
  • Manage communication with shareholders and investors, facilitating shareholder meetings and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements in business dealings.

Salary:
R30,000 - R32,000 CTC (Negotiable)
