Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to preparing sales reports, maintaining sales databases, and managing customer records.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely order entry into the system.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery of products or services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information or direct them to the appropriate salesperson for assistance.
  • Monitor and track sales activities, such as lead generation, sales calls, and customer followups.
  • Prepare and distribute salesrelated documents, including sales contracts, price lists, and product/service information.
  • Assist in managing the sales team's calendar, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
  • Maintain inventory levels of sales collateral and promotional materials, and reorder as needed.
  • Generate and analyse sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts, including updating contact information, processing customer requests, and resolving customer issues or complaints.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and sales policies to effectively support the sales team and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other salesrelated tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
