Roles and Responsibilities:
Must possess a strong sense of honesty and integrity. Must be computer literate i.e., Outlook, Excel and Word. Leadership qualities, interactive, accurate capturing, self-motivated and a team player. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure. Must be customer orientated with strong communication skills. Liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed. Responsible for HR and Admin duties, reporting to the HR & Admin Manager. Applicants will be required to do other Branch related tasks when required. Knowledge of Labour legislation, Excellent organizational and time-management skills, Teamwork skills. Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies. Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications. Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, leaves, etc.

Education Level:
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent is a must.
Experience Level:
Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator
Special Requirements:
Own reliable transportation required.
Salary:
R9,000.00 per month
