Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

Take personal responsibility for resolving complaints

Provide proper feedback as quickly and efficiently as possible to Customers and/or WH Manager

Maintain housekeeping standards at counter and courier area

Receive repairs with relevant invoice / proof of delivery from courier to confirm warranty and pricing

Open job card immediately upon receipt of product

Determine if item is under warrantee or not

Attach RFC/Invoice or Goods Return Form to product and issue ticket number

All credit for stock received before 16h00 must be processed same day


Follow up with WH Assistant -Returns if the quantity on the RFC differs to the quantity on the original invoice.

Send all non-saleable stock to damage cage in warehouse for disposal


Send saleable stock to inventory - this report is to be sent to Management, Account Manager and Internal Sales by 09h00 daily.

Inform the relevant Account Manager of tickets relating to their customers.

Account Managers to approve ALL credit request as per the companies Returns Policy.

To ensure collections are up to date

Submit all credit notes to the admin department for scanning

Matric/Grade 12

2 years+ experience on WMS and ERP systems
