E-Commerce / Takealot Seller Marketplace Administrator

Must have experience with working with Takealot Seller Marketplace.
This position is in office.

Takealot and other e-commerce platform related activities:

  • Takealot Seller Marketplace product listings
  • Improve Product listings / inventory
  • Stock Replenishment system
  • Buy Box monitoring
  • Applications on promotions.
  • Determine what should be ordered from purchasing plan provided by planning manager
  • Communicating with suppliers
  • Other general admin tasks
  • Experience working with Takealot and other ecommerce brands essential.
  • Experience and knowledge of the jewellery, retail fashion accessory industry and current fashion trends.
  • Knowledge of the online marketing process
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Excellent communication/negotiation/presentation & problemsolving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Deadline driven and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness and ability to adapt and change.
  • Focused and results driven.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communicator (verbal and written)
