Duties & Responsibilities
Actioning client and truck bookings.

Issues and controls delivery notes.

Invoicing.

Monitors vehicle tracking.

Produces fuel and revenue reports.

Tyre management.

Handles client and company queries and actions accordingly.

Managing of the daily staff board, casuals, and staff overtime.

Vehicle data capturing.

Estimating and calculating of moves.

Claims handling.

Handling of petty cash.

Industrial relations related duties.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric with Mathematics.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Transport or Logistics - advantageous.

Experience in a similar role.

Industrial relations experience.

Valid drivers licence - Code B.

Able to work extended hours.
