A leading confectionery importer and distributor with an exceptional product range of chocolates, sweets, sodas, and groceries, is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Office Administrator and Marketing Assistant to join their team.

They are a leader in importing and distribution for brand owners across the globe. With the goal of providing top-quality confectionery products to the South African consumer.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric)
License and own reliable vehicle
Administration Diploma or Certificate
Extensive Catalogue work, adding and removing products
Experience in working with online platforms
Experienced maintaining Takealot sales
Experienced in basic TikTok and Instagram marketing
Extensive Admin experience
Be able to work under pressure

Duties and Responsibilities:

Update Catalogue daily if needed - Make sure all products in warehouse on Catalog. Remove if out of stock.
Assist with reconciliation of supplier accounts. Creditors.
Contact suppliers and follow up if you have queries.
Put deals together for One Day Only online platform.
Maintain sales on Takealot, put deals together.
Assist with basic Tik Tok and Instagram marketing.

Assist with filing papers.
Communicate with freight forwarders and shippers if required to get update son shipments and updated paperwork.
Assist management with putting together special offers and deals on catalogue for select customers.
Ordering of stationery.
Check Vodacom account.
Check FNB Petrol Cards and account.
Check Wi fi & Telephone accounts.
Call customers for orders if required.
Tele sales.
Call customers as a courtesy to see if all happy or anything can be improved.
New business development.
Assist Sales reps, to make sure they have latest catalogue, order forms. Make sure all orders received from Reps timeously.
Track rep calls daily and compile basic report for Management.
