**Job Title**: Part Time Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a driven Marketing Assistant with a passion for marketing and design, as well as strong administrative skills. This role will involve supporting the marketing team with various tasks, including graphic design, content creation, social media management, and administrative duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with graphic design tasks such as creating social media graphics, flyers, and promotional materials
- Assist the group’s campaign manager in board meetings every Tuesday.
- Support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
- Help manage social media accounts by creating engaging content and scheduling posts
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising files
- Attend marketing meetings on Tuesdays in our Sandton office

**Requirements**:

- MUST have experience in Adobe Illustrator or any more advanced program
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Available to come into the office in Sandton, Johannesburg on Tuesdays for marketing meetings.
- Working hours would range between 20 hours to 26 hours a week.
