Job Summary

Short Term Insurance Personal Lines, 4 years experience, RE5 certificate, Minimum 150 FAIS credits, recognized by the FSCA. Managed not less than 15 staff members. To provide leadership, development and operational support to a team of Absa Insurance Company Sales Agents, ensuring that they are knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated to delight customers while contributing to our product owners and Customer Service targets

Job Description:

People Management Processes and Procedures Risk and compliance Report Writing Business management.
