Assist with the implementation of incentive schemes incl. administration, regulatory changes, rules etc.

Analyse data and prepare and present recommendationsRemuneration benchmarkingConsult with HR Consultants regarding reward processes and policiesManage market data as relevant to the business unitsJob evaluations to ensure consistency and relevance to various job bandsRequirements:

Minimum of a completed tertiary qualification (Finance / Accounting or similar)Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a remunerations / rewards role within financial services or the rewards consulting spaceExcellent relationship building skillsHighly analytical with genuine passion for this spaceAbility to be flexible and adaptableThis is an Employment Equity designated opportunity, in line with our clients EE requirements.
