Fire/sprinkler Sales Administrator

Fire/Sprinkler Administrator Required.
The function of this role is to ensure that all administrative support functions are performed efficiently and timeously within a business unit or division.
maintaining planning schedules related to execution of maintenance works; assisting with scheduling of maintenance, servicing, and installation works with operations teams and clients; following up on the timeous execution of work deliverables and related sign-offs; ensuring timeous billing of clients for works completed; assisting with the drafting and submission of maintenance reports; following up with invoicing and compiling internal sales reports.

Updating the Status Jobs and SLA
Arrange Technician access to sites for service calls.
Completion of health and safety files and all supporting documents where required.
Compiling of handover documentation where required
Procurement requests:
Material
Sub-contracting
Special equipment
Client reports and feedback.
Compile and send weekly Service Call Status reports to clients.
Ensuring that work completion documentation is delivered within agreed time frames for billing purposes.
Submitting payment certificates and job cards to finance to ensure billing in a timely manner.
Liaising and developing relationships with the sales leads/site supervisors/suppliers/finance.
Ensure that all admin documents are correctly filed: sales invoices, proof of delivery documents, purchase documentation.
Filing documentation generated by the Site Supervisors and Operations Teams.
Experience:
1 Years' experience in an operational administration role.
Good word processing skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint - ability to format reports, work with tables, styles, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
Communication skills, a good telephone manner, and ability to represent the company.
Good writing skills - ability to draft and edit letters
Ability to speak and write English fluently and to work well in a high pressure environment.

Good Telephone Etiquette.
Knowledge of Site Works execution processes.
Knowledge of procurement and pricing.

Good and effective communication skills, both English and Afrikaans.
