- Analyse the invoice detailsVat number is displayed for both contractor/supplier and Trafalgar vat registered clientsDate of invoice appears on invoiceBank details vetted and appear on invoiceIndexing of invoiceAccuracy of GL allocationAccuracy of Vat FlagSending payment approval required spreadsheets to the Trustees/Directors on Wednesday'sIndexing of approvalsSending to the trust creditors clerk for processing.
Minimum Experience required:
- Matriculation
Microsoft Office knowledge
Basic Accounting Skills
