We are looking for a Sales Manager to join the team.

Main activities and responsibilities:

  • Research companies/lead generation
  • Meet or exceed sales goals;
  • Conduct B2B negotiations, close deals;
  • Maintain client records in CRM;
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships, handle clients' requests/questions in timely manner;
  • Take part in creation of strategic sales plans, that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence, implement them and analyze the results;
  • Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
  • Identify and implement ways to increase leads and sales performance

What we're looking for:

  • A background in Sustainability projects is a must.
  • Previous experience in tele sales and lead generation, understanding of the sales process and dynamics;
  • Experience of work with foreign B2B clients (US/EU);
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English;
  • Strong selfmanagement skills;
  • High School diploma or higher education;
