Account Executive - Trade + Debtor Finance (KZN)

Main Responsibilities:
- Pivotal role to originate and negotiate new business in Trade and Debtor Finance in KZN.
- Manage client relationships on an ongoing basis, once onboarded.
- Formulate and rollout Sales strategy in conjunction with Snr Mgt to achieve targets.
- Proactively source and engage with prospective clients. Interact with existing clients.
- Use your existing networks to generate a strong flow of new business.
- Build a visible presence in the market to acquire new clients and grow existing portfolio.
- Maintain a strong understanding of business and relevant industries.
- Target appropriate customers. Provide excellent service and solutions for their needs.
- Manage the Credit Risk to the bank. Take ownership of Credit process from beginning to end.
- Primary point of contact for new/existing Trade + Debtor Finance deals.
- Be accountable for sales and revenue targets.
- Cross sell the Bank's products/services.
- Deliver insightful presentations to clients and relevant parties.
- Other key duties to be discussed at interview stage.
Qualification and Experience:
- BCom or relevant Degree or Diploma. CAIB an adv.
- 5 to 8 yrs exp in Sales or RM in Business Banking (Trade and/or Debtor Fin or Comm lending).
