The purpose of this role is to support the Stock & Reconciliation Financial Manager in managing and reconciling financial risks associated with virtual stock and online integrations for merchants and suppliers. This involves maintaining financial relationships, reconciling transactions, monitoring financial risk exposures, and collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exception management and resolution for daily reconciliations
  • Managing accounting processes including preparing journals, posting invoices, and reconciling commissions
  • Reviewing and maintaining controls around ERP capturing
  • Ensuring accurate records for stock reconciliation process and supplier payments
  • Reconciling inventory records and implementing corrective actions
  • Compliance with inventory accounting standards and internal controls
  • Ad-hoc projects as required

  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

B Comm Accounting / B Compt degree

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience; accounting articles completed at a SAICA registered firm is advantageous

Salary: Approximately R600,000 per annum CTC
