Position description:
Key responsibilities?
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and investments options.
Assist clients with account opening, closing, and maintenance procedures.
Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experience.
Keep up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of collective investments schemes and financial markets Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
