Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving clients and operate small switchboard.
  • File and maintain electronic and hardcopy documents.
  • Assist with invoicing and capturing of transactions.
  • Register clients at Department of Labour.
  • CIPC submissions.
  • Office supplies management.
  • Receive and dispatch deliveries/courier services.
  • Supervise cleaners.
  • Assist accountants to capture transactions.
  • Update attendance register.
  • General administrative work.

Key Attributes and Requirements:

  • Nonsmoker
  • Matric certificate
  • At least 3 years prior experience in similar position.
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Speak, Read, and Write)
  • Aptitude for figures.
  • Proficient in using MS Office.
  • Experience in Sage Accounting and Payroll will be an advantage.
  • Own transport.
