Requirements:

  • Must have Bookings Clerk working experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Matric
  • Drivers license
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Working knowledge of Kerridge / Evolve / Automate / Autoline or similar

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage the bookings of vehicles for the Workshop
  • Meet and greet customers
  • Assist customers with all warranty service and prepare associate documents
  • Update necessary vehicle and customer details
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and ensure compliance to all warranty specifications
  • Assist various departments where necessary
  • Monitor all customer inquiries and requests
