Job Purpose:

The Group Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction and annual plans for Food & Beverage experiences, outlets, kitchens, and stewarding operations within the group.

They will ensure optimal revenue generation and profitability while aligning with the organization's objectives and values.


The manager will oversee the provision of outstanding food experiences, maintain food safety standards, monitor performance, and ensure excellence in culinary and service quality.

Detail:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and propose food and service concepts, budgets, and manning needs
  • Create systems for exceptional food experiences and adherence to food safety standards
  • Monitor and improve the daytoday performance of F&B, kitchen, and stewarding operations
  • Collaborate with General Managers and F&B Management teams to operate upscale restaurants
  • Attract, select, train, develop, and coach kitchen, F&B, and stewarding management teams
  • Communicate and make strategic decisions with management teams
  • Stay updated on food and beverage practices and trends, including equipment and hygiene
  • Spearhead all Food and Beverage consulting operations

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Timeliness, accuracy, and adherence to F&B objectives and plans
  • Feedback and reputation for culinary and service excellence
  • Coordination effectiveness between hotel operations, kitchen, F&B, and stewarding
  • Achievement of quality and hygiene standards, process improvements, and innovations
  • Timeliness, accuracy, and adherence of F&B budgets and revenue targets

Qualifications and Skills:

_Extensive experience in F&B management, preferably in upscale hotel establishments_:

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Expertise in food safety and hygiene standards
  • Knowledge of culinary trends, innovations, and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and lead highperforming teams
  • Financial acumen and budgeting skills
