Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in working with engineers to enhance user experience and create technical support content
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or relevant technical field
  • Understanding of SDLC and previous software development experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
