Job Description:
As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and designers, to gather information and ensure accuracy in all technical materials.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Writing and editing user manuals, technical guides, API documentation, and other technical content.
  • Conducting research and interviews to gather technical information from subject matter experts.
  • Organizing and structuring information to improve readability and usability.
  • Managing documentation projects, including version control and document review processes.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure documentation meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Technical qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts and terminology, with the ability to simplify complex information for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
