Purpose of Role
The role is responsible for:
- Owning, developing and driving the commercial agenda with customers.
- Delivering breakthrough business performance within the account base
National Account Managers will be responsible for managing accounts with higher volume, value and/or strategic importance than those managed by Regional Account Managers.

Qualifications:
- Suitable degree.
- Valid drivers license
- Minimum 5 year experience gained across commercial and other functions cross functional experience an advantage.
- Exposure across different channels and different levels of customer sophistication (e.g. National Accounts, Key Accounts and Field Sales)
- Track record of success in highly demanding sales organizations
- FMCG/alcoholic beverages will serve as an advantage
- Strong knowledge & demonstrated delivery in challenging trading environments; understanding of channel, pricing, negotiations and strategy development
Skills:
- Sound commercial acumen with a proven track record, coaching, networking, influencing, communication, selling skills, planning, negotiating, problem solving and analysis and high degree of systems literacy.
- High level of accountability and agility
- Ability to work under pressure
- High cognitive ability
