Our client that is in the Manufacturing industry is looking for an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to join their team in Mandini, KZN

Minimum requirements:

  • Grade 1
  • Trade certification in Electrical or Electronic field
  • N6 or T4 qualification or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
  • Siemens Drivers and PLC courses will be an advantage
  • Min 5 years' work experience as a Millwright in a factory maintenance environment
  • Must have knowledge on industrial machines (experience in paperback making / printing would be advantageous)
  • Must have sound PLC knowledge
  • Must have PLC and Variable Speed Drivers (VSD) knowledge (Siemens, Lezne)
  • Excellent faultfinding and Lenze PLC programming skills (electrical and instrumentation systems)
  • Must have sound knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics
  • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when needed
