The MS Operations Specialist (L2) plays a crucial role in working closely with internal teams to ensure operational activities are efficiently planned, coordinated, and monitored to meet client needs.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing shift roster and monitoring operations metrics.
  • Ensuring adherence to shift handover processes.
  • Handling in-shift escalations from clients.
  • Dashboarding key Metrics and managing critical situations.
  • Ensuring services meet SLA levels
  • Monitoring and improving support services' operational effectiveness.
  • Providing input during client reviews and mentoring junior team members.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to manage SLAs.
