The Group Internal Audit (GIA) team at our client, a leading financial institution, focuses on providing impartial assurance to the Board of Directors through the Group Audit Committee. Our core mission is to ensure that governance processes, risk management, and internal control systems are robust and efficient in addressing existing and emerging risks that could affect the Group's strategic goals. We are dedicated to enhancing the Group's internal control and risk culture.

Responsibilities of the Group Internal Audit Portfolio Manager - Credit: As the Group Internal Audit Portfolio Manager for Credit, your role involves executing the annual audit plan to offer stakeholders reasonable assurance that critical risks are being managed effectively through sound control measures, following the GIA methodology. Your tasks will encompass data analytics, audit implementation, documentation, liaising with internal teams and stakeholders, and preparing reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Essential: Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Preferred: CIA, CFE, ACAMS certifications

Experience Needed:

  • Managerial background with 6-8 years of experience, specializing in:
    • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Fraud exposure
    • Data Analytics
    • Proficiency in SAS and SQL programming
    • Audit background (desirable)
