Summary: Conduct portfolio audits and manage stakeholder relationships to mitigate risks following Group standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Insights & Client Focus:
    • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging risks, and digital trends.
    • Understand business strategy, transformation impact, digital initiatives, and risks to update audit plans accordingly.
    • Adopt a client-centric approach with a commercial mindset.
  • Transformational Assurance:
    • Plan, conduct, and report audit assignments following GIA and IIA standards.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and assess controls using data analytics.
    • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations within audit scope.
  • Requirements:
    • Digital Platform & Data-Driven Audits:
      • Apply knowledge of banking, digital transformation, and emerging risks to engage with stakeholders and provide insightful reporting.
    • Integrated Risk and Control Environment: Engage with the risk and compliance community to ensure coordinated assurance.
    • Impactful Reporting: Prepare quality reports delivering meaningful insights for strategic risk management.
    • Business Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain constructive relationships with senior stakeholders.

Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in banking, preferably in Auditing, Risk, or Compliance.
  • Technical Proficiency in Banking, Digital landscape, Technology, Data, Reporting, Ethics, Fraud, Governance, Risk, Controls, and Legal Principles.
  • Behavioral Competencies in Managing Work, Team Orientation, Building Partnerships, Quality Orientation, Courage, Adaptability, and Continuous Improvement.

    Experience Requirements:
  • Manager equivalent with 6 – 8 years experience in Banking, Data Analytics, and Audit.
