  • Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within the recruitment or IT industry.
  • Experience using Chat GPT and AI
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Proficiency in creating visually appealing and engaging content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and interact with diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an innovative social media strategy to increase our agency's visibility and reach.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Plan and schedule social media posts using industryleading tools, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and leverage them to enhance our marketing efforts.
