Job Description:
We are seeking Chinese speakers to join our team as Claims Handlers
Key responsibilities include:
Providing claims servicesResponding to incoming email inquiriesProcessing and arranging claims for medical and travel insuranceHandling claims from start to finish, including data entry and invoice assessmentDelivering friendly and outstanding customer serviceResponding to inquiries in a timely and efficient mannerWorking effectively in a multilingual and multicultural team
Job Requirements:
Professional fluency in Chinese & EnglishProactive and able to perform well under pressure.
Excellent attention to detailFlexible and open-minded to ongoing changes and trainingMatric or higher qualificationStrong computer skills in Microsoft Office toolsIdeally, an SA VISA is secured.
Preferred Qualifications:
FSB registration (a significant advantage)Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurance, Claims Handling, or Tourism#J-18808-Ljbffr
