Job Type: Permanent

Workplace: Onsite

Location: Cape Town

Basic salary : R19,000 per month


Requirements:

  • Chinese speaker with professional fluency
  • Proactive and performing well under pressure
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Flexible and open-minded to ongoing changes and training
  • Matric or higher
  • Strong computer user skills in Microsoft Office tools
  • FSB registered – a big bonus
  • Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances, Claims Handling or Tourism will be an advantage


Responsibilities

  • Claims services.
  • Replying to incoming email enquiries
  • Communication & claims processing arrangements for medical and travel insurance claims.
  • Efficient 'start to end claims' handling including data entry and invoice assessment.
  • Provide friendly and outstanding customer service
  • Respond to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work efficiently in a multilingual and multicultural team
