Claims Handler with Italian & English language skills
Remuneration & Benefits

  • Basic salary of R19,000.00 per month
  • Working hours: 09h00 17h00 (in office)
  • Medical Aid for employee and maximum 2 children paid by the company.
  • Retirement Annuity Fund 10% of basic salary paid by the company after successful completion of 6 months' probation period.
  • 21 working days leave per year.

We are currently looking for Italian speakers to fulfill the position of Claims Handlers

Job Description:

  • Claims services.
  • Communication & claims processing arrangements for medical insurance claims.
  • Efficient "start to end" claims handling including data entry and invoice assessment.
  • Provide friendly and outstanding customer service.
  • Respond to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work efficiently in a multilingual and multicultural team

Job Requirements:

  • Italian speaker with professional fluency, also in English
  • Proactive and performing well under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Flexible and openminded to ongoing changes and training
  • Matric or higher
  • Strong computer user skills in Microsoft Office tools
  • SA VISA secured already, ideally.

Advantageous:

  • FSB registered a big bonus.
Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances, Claims Handling or Tourism will be an advantage.

Salary:
R21,200.00 per month
