Remote Payroll Coordinator Hours 3pm-12am South African Time
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Payroll Coordinator.

As a payroll coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our USA client.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while collaborating with our team online.


Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Process and manage payroll for our USA client, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Data Management: Collect and maintain employee information, including hours worked, benefits, and deductions, using our payroll software and systems.
  • Timekeeping Systems: Oversee and manage timekeeping systems, ensuring accurate tracking of employee attendance, vacation, and sick leave.
  • Compliance: Stay up to date with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and making necessary adjustments to payroll processes as needed.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives to address any payrollrelated inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting: Generate payroll reports and assist in the preparation of financial reports related to payroll, such as tax filings, deductions, and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of

Payroll Systems:
Proficiency in using payroll software and systems, such as ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms.

  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax laws and wage and hour regulations.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in payroll processing and recordkeeping.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and manage multiple payroll cycles concurrently.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities to address payrollrelated issues and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Confidentiality: High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive employee information in a confidential manner.
