Requirements:
- A relevant threeyear tertiary qualification/ Diploma in Payroll
- Two (2) to three(3) years' relevant experience in a payroll and
- Working knowledge of SAPbased payroll administration would be
Key Performance Areas
- Coordinate the administration of and/or payments regarding all
- Render high level support service to the Payroll and Benefits
- Administration professional, line management and the City of Cape
- Supervise the maintenance of staff records, ensuring adherence to
Benefits Administration Services and implementation of the SAP
system
- Liaise, advise and assist internal and external clients on payroll and
- Ensure unresolved General Ledger Reconciliations are investigated
interventions and their implementation
- Coordinate the processing of all appointments, promotions,
- Coordinate the maintenance of the payroll cycle and
- Quality assurance of all payroll and benefits administration services.
