We are looking for passionate Kitchen Leaders (Supervisors) to join our team

Our wonderful Kitchen Leaders run the kitchen operation in our outlets and lead the kitchen team. Their main responsibility is to produce great quality, delicious fresh food to meet customer demand.

They lead a quality, well planned production with pace in a clean and safe environment. They motivate and support the kitchen team through the Company Culture of catching people doing things right. They plan their ordering and production to meet business needs.

We are looking for people who demonstrate Passion, Team Working, Clear Communication and Great Execution at work, and have a genuine passion for helping others to develop their knowledge and skills, in a friendly and fast-paced environment


At Pret, we are dedicated to making sure that the right training, development and support is given to our wonderful people.

There may be future opportunities to progress (if you want to) to a Management role and you'll be supported by a team of brilliant people.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in a professional kitchen (restaurant, quick service outlet), 23 years essential
  • Experience leading a kitchen team, including management of staff, rostering of shifts, managing leave and timeoff
  • Experience with food safety & hygiene standards

Pay:
R8 000,00 - R9 000,00 per month
