A Corporate Law Firm seeks a Snr CDP to join their team.

Working day shifts only unelss catering for Events for evening functions

We are seeking a technically strong skilled Chef with a Culinary qualification & 5 years experience.

You would need to have all round Chef experience within different sections of the kitchen.

Solid understanding of Kitchen Hygiene & practices, stock rotation, labelling of stock, stock takes

Team Leader skills required to manage the Junior Team

Shift team lead experience working closely with the Head Chef & Group Executive Chef.
