We are seeking Technical Sales Managers to drive sales of technical products/services. The ideal candidates will have a strong technical background combined with excellent sales skills, enabling them to effectively communicate complex technical information to clients and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the technical sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to technical products/services.
  • Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, highlighting technical features and benefits.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure products meet client needs.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical products/services and the ability to explain them to non-technical clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused.
