Informar a los empleados con respecto a la información general sobre el hotel, los grupos internos, los cambios de política u otra información pertinente.

Responder las preguntas sobre los servicios disponibles, la información general sobre el hotel y las comodidades. Confirmar el nombre y el apellido del huésped y el tipo de tratamiento programado antes de comenzarlo. Supervisar y cumplir el horario programado durante todo el día.

Informar a los proveedores los cambios de último momento o agregados a la programación y resolver las situaciones de programación según sea necesario.

Promover y vender los servicios y productos al por menor del spa o salón de belleza. Hacer pedidos de productos adicionales, provisiones o equipo.

Inspeccionar las áreas de trabajo, los instrumentos y el equipo para asegurarse de que cumplan con los estándares de la compañía.

Notificar a Ingeniería las necesidades de mantenimiento y reparación del spa o salón de belleza. Asistir a la gerencia en la contratación, capacitación, programación, motivación y entrenamiento de los empleados; servir como ejemplo. Informar al gerente los accidentes, las lesiones y las condiciones laborales inseguras.

Cumplir con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de la compañía, asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean pulcros y profesionales, mantener la confidencialidad de la información patentada y proteger los bienes de la compañía.

Recibir y reconocer a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con los estándares de la compañía; anticiparse a sus necesidades de servicio y atenderlas; agradecerles con aprecio genuino; asistir a las personas con discapacidades.

Hablar con los demás utilizando un lenguaje claro y profesional, preparar y revisar los documentos escritos de manera exacta y completa y atender los teléfonos utilizando el protocolo adecuado.

Cultivar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demás; apoyar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comunes.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de las expectativas y los estándares de calidad; elaborar e implementar planes de acción correctiva para mejorar la calidad.

Estar de pie, tomar asiento o caminar durante un período prolongado de tiempo. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y ubicar sin ayuda objetos que pesen 10 libras o menos. Ejecutar otros deberes de trabajo razonables solicitados por supervisors.

APTITUDES DESEABLES Educación:
Título de estudios secundarios o certificado equivalente de un programa de
Desarrollo de Educación General (General Educational Development, GED).

Experiencia laboral afín:
Al menos 2 años de experiencia laboral afín.

Experiencia como supervisor:
No se requiere experiencia como supervisor.

Licencia o certificación:
Ninguna
