Purpose:
The Talent and Leadership Development Manager plays a critical role in driving the talent management, leadership development, and performance management strategies at HEINEKEN Beverages.
This role focuses on identifying and nurturing high-potential talent, facilitating impactful training initiatives & programs in partnership with the People Function and Learning & Development teams, advancing succession planning, and overseeing performance appraisals to strengthen our leadership pipeline and uphold peak employee performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Development
- Facilitate and oversee key leadership programs (coaching, mentoring, workshops etc) to build leadership capability.
Talent Strategy Development and Execution
- Contribute to the development of the talent strategy for HEINEKEN Beverages in collaboration with senior people leadership.
- Implement targeted talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain highpotential employees.
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to anticipate and plan for future leadership requirements, aligning with strategic business goals.
- Offer support and guidance to HRBPs on leadership development and talent management best practices.
- Support the Top Employer submission process and consolidate findings.
Annual People Reviews
- Assist in the consolidation of HEINEKEN Beverages' People review deck to evaluate workforce capabilities and identify talent gaps.
- Facilitate the collection and analysis of comprehensive employee data such as performance metrics, potential ratings, and career aspirations.
- Work closely with HRBPs to assess employee performance and potential, informing talent development and movement decisions.
- Ensure the people review process respects diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and monitor the completion of employee talent profiles.
- Train and support HRBPs and employees on the people review process, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
Performance Management
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organization.
- Monitor and facilitate the EverGreen Performance management cycle via MyHR.
- Provide necessary training and support on the EverGreen performance management process to HRBPs and employees.
- Support HRBPs in coordinating functional calibration sessions.
- Analyze performance data to uncover trends and recommend improvements.
On-boarding & Induction
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to enhance the corporate induction program.
Research & Analytics
- Conduct research and analyze data to support the development of HR strategies and initiatives across various domains like workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data through effective control, verification, and analysis.
Education & Experience:
- A degree in HR or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in Talent Management or Organizational Development, preferably in a FMCG company within a matrix structure.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors would be advantageous
