BeBee Professionals is looking for a Publication Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the publication process, from the initial concept to the final product.


The ideal candidate should have a degree in publishing, communications, or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.

The candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the publication process.

The Publication Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Developing and managing the publication process
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring that all deadlines are met
  • Ensuring that all publications are of the highest quality
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors
  • Managing the budget for the publication process
  • Ensuring that all publications are compliant with applicable laws and regulations
