_Job Specification_
Take the lead to deliver aligned and seamless learning solutions to the business
Consult and solution architect the IATJ pieces of delivery/implementation
Lead and programme manage the diagnosis and delivery of bespoke learning and development interventions in line with the context, requirements, needs, and jobs uncovered with the client Working in collaboration with the clients learning solutions teams to present an integrated L&D delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients and develop an excellent understanding of business strategy and objectives, identify adjacent and uplift opportunities
Opportunities for learning and development interventions
Support relationships at all levels within the business to be capable of supporting the learning needs analysis, design, and development of Learning Solutions with key stakeholders, Solution Architect, and SMEs
Support the coordination and transition from needs identification to implementation of design and/or delivery in collaboration with other areas of the business
Advising on the right resources for the project that will work with the Learning Consultant.
When required, advise the business on the most appropriate learning interventions and methodologies
Consume and interpret the project brief into clear and detailed project implementation steps, artifacts, and deliverables
Develop and manage client empowerment and enablement plans
Collaborate on uncovering the clients needs/jobs/requirements and assist with solution architecture and implementation design
Initiate, manage and create close-out artifacts for projects in a disciplined and professional manner
Plan and agree on success metrics with clients, design success metrics framework, and implement and report on
Bringing the Big 8 into the showcases
Develop and nurture trusted relationships with client and partner stakeholders ensuring there is effective collaboration between our delivery teams and consistently meeting promises
Develop appropriate SMaC recipes and IP associated with BU job atlas, solution types and repeatable projects
Maintain a high degree of product knowledge and thought leadership
Contribute to interactions with business stakeholders that identify business requirements to ensure that requirements are suitably aligned to business needs
Manage, elevate and escalate project risks and issues
Record and save all project documentation as per the agreed document management process for reference and record-keeping
