Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating training projects from start to finish
- Writing reports, create and maintain project master plans to be implemented in the various provincial regions to ensure programme implementation is scheduled and aligned to mandate objectives of Masithuthuke Holdings
- Providing management with feedback
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients and tenders.
Recruit & select competent learners according to company policies & procedures
Actively support & stimulates continuous development by:
- Promoting knowledge acquisition, sharing & transfer by means of internal knowledge sharing platform
- Ensures staff members are continually being trained & developed in the relevant skills to support attainment of Masithuthuke Holdings objectives
- Promote regular and ongoing opportunities for all staff to give feedback on project operations
- Leading, coaching, and developing Masithuthuke Holdings' project management team for all project planning and implementation processes
Provide programme operational leadership and structure to accommodate the growth and improvement objectives of
Masithuthuke Holdings by:
- Being actively involved in all programmes, services, and initiatives, developing a broad and deep knowledge of all programmes
- Identifying opportunities for Masithuthuke Holdings to leverage inter and crossprogramme strengths to take advantage of new opportunities and/or to address organisational challenges
- Provide leadership, expertise, and consulting to project managers in the methodology of project management and in softer skills of team dynamics, teamwork, and group motivation
- Ensuring that delivery of projects have appropriate levels of quality, are timely, and in line with the Executive Leadership strategic expectations
- Inhouse Site visits
- Learner POE QA on site
- Learner Management
- Stipend Management
- Client Liaison
- Undertake Continuous Improvement initiatives related to training, and office support.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of work experience in similar roles
- Tertiary qualification (Preferably Project Management or related qualifications)
- Full Understanding on SETAs & QCTO. (NON NEGOTIABLE )
Salary:
R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bryanston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

License/Certification:
- Drivers License (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (required)
