Remote - Digital Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

Job Description & Duties:

  • Work to develop a solid understanding of clients business and effectively transfer this knowledge to initiatives that help achieve client goals
  • Support the implementation of account strategies for assigned and/or team accounts in accordance with client goals.
  • Support account managers in affiliate recruitment
  • Support account managers in monitoring client performance and pitching new opportunities for assigned accounts; send client correspondence
  • Attend Client status calls, take notes and send recaps

  • Support account manager in analysis as needed, generating reports in affiliate networks and Excel in response to client requests.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and communicate to team management on project development, timelines, and results
  • Monitor trends, best practices, techniques in the digital affiliate marketing landscape; participate in internal trainings and industry events as appropriate
  • Obtain and maintain relevant certifications (eg Affiliate Networks, Google Analytics)
  • Maintain a steady learning curve toward the knowledge and skill set of advanced roles

  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
  • High levels of integrity and selfmotivation, able to work well autonomously as well as within a team
  • Detail oriented and the ability to effectively multitask in a deadline driven atmosphere

Required:

  • One year experience in affiliate marketing or a strong understanding of affiliate marketing from other related positions or two years of digital marketing experience.
  • Bachelors degree with solid educational background in critical thinking, quantitative analysis, and writing
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Google Analytics

Hours 3pm to 11pm SA Time
