Overview


We are looking for a remote-working Digital Marketing Manager with a keen eye for sales optimisation and awareness of the luxury fashion space.

You will be responsible for dedicated marketing campaigns and management of our website, affiliate programs, social content, loyalty program, and trade-in program.

You will work closely with third-party partners and manage a third-party creative agency. An important part of this role is performance analysis and reporting on campaigns and marketing assets.

As you would be the driver behind Fashion Eyewear's brand, it is vital that you have a genuine passion for marketing and the managerial experience to lead a team towards success.

They deliver high-end glasses, sunglasses, and lenses globally, combining designer eyewear with the most advanced optical quality. The in-house optical team creates bespoke lenses for every order to match prescriptions and fit luxury glasses. They work with a wide selection of designer brands, ranging from CHANEL, Dior and Celine to Ray-Ban and Oakley.

Required skills and experience:_

For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, digitally native and analytical thinker;
  • Previous management experience and the ability to manage, train and lead junior staff;
  • Experience with Shopify or other similar ecommerce platforms;
  • A good understanding of product margins and trade marketing;
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics, ability to analyse and present crosschannel data to narrate campaign performance;
  • Experience in reporting and presenting to key senior stakeholders;
  • Strong Excel & Numeric skills;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Good people skills and strong relationshipbuilding skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Additionally desired (but not required) skills and experience:_

  • Interest in fashion and ecommerce;
  • Background in luxury ecommerce / retail marketing;
  • Adobe Photoshop asset editing experience;
  • Basic HTML knowledge for Klaviyo and Shopify;
  • Ability to troubleshoot productrelated issues with AWIN and Salesfire.

Job description and daily responsibilities

  • Regular website management, product, brand and content updates, and optimisation (Shopify);
  • Product category management and ownership, including sales optimisation in the luxury fashion space for optimal brand language and target demographic;
  • P&L responsibility for brands / products within owned categories;
  • Daytoday management of junior digital marketing apprentice, ensuring all tasks are clear and providing ongoing training and support;
  • Providing ongoing communication and extended support for suppliers and business partners;
  • Ownership and execution of dedicated marketing campaigns for supplier partners, including 1st hand mockups build and feedback rounds for signoff, as well as analysis of performance;
  • Ownership of overall ecommerce and 360 marketing campaigns promo calendar, ensuring all promos and campaign messaging are planned in advance and assets briefed in;
  • Management of 3d party creative agency providing clear and concise visual guidelines, best practice recommendations for digital / ecommerce banners and proactively briefing in creative refresh and upcoming asset requests;
  • Management of affiliate partners continuous monitoring and optimisation of topperforming affiliate programs, working closely with our account managers and leveraging exposure for key trade periods;
  • Working closely with all supporting agencies and 3d party partners setting up regular calls and carrying out relevant optimisation tasks
  • Constant monitoring of Stock, Sales and Performance Reports, as well as producing regular quarterly performance reports and optimisation slides to present to key stakeholders;
  • Loyalty Program management ensuring bestinclass deployment of features via CRM, and constant optimisation of UX journey and Tiers offerings;
  • Trade-In program management overseeing the development of triggered campaigns and ongoing UX improvements;
  • Keeping track and providing crossteam communication on any ongoing promos and discount codes, as well as overseeing comfortable margin is maintained at all times, plus communication of any adhoc price changes as required;
  • Content management and ideation for organic social calendar gathering content from relevant brand partners / suppliers, as well as influencers and content creators, monitoring that copy and aesthetic is onbrand;
  • Troubleshoot productrelated issues with AWIN and Salesfire.
