Operations Administrator
We are a car rental company based in Johannesburg looking for an Operations Administrator to work in our offices based in Halfway House, Midrand.
We are looking for an individual who will help oversee and manage insurance claims once they are submitted.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining knowledge of current laws affecting insurance policies and practices in order to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Filing official insurancerelated paperwork such when claims and any various insurance documents.
- Processing claims for coverage of losses.
- Conducting investigations into insurance claims to determine liability and damages.
- Monitoring claims payments to ensure that they are accurate and made in a timely manner.
- Communicating with customers about their claim's status, payment amounts, and any other pertinent information.
Requirements:
- Proven knowledge of car insurance claims (preferred).
- Strict attention to detail and enthusiasm for collaboration.
- Advanced general ledger and spreadsheet management skills.
- Strong command of English language and good communication skills.
Salary:
From R5,185.07 per month
