Role Objectives

  • We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our team as a Recruitment Researcher supporting our team, to recruit for a variety of positions for our COEs (BI, IT, Analytics, Actuarial functions).
  • Place suitable candidates to meet our internal customer requirements in order to achieve revenue in line with Hollard Group' goals.
  • Develop and manage internal customer and candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential candidates for various roles.
  • Tactfully headhunt and source for both passive and actively looking candidates through various channels.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Screen and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to conduct candidate screening/interviews and formatting their CVS.
  • Participate in recruitment meetings with consultants and provide recommendations on suitable candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment market trends and conduct Business Development research into new segments.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, recruitment practices, and new sourcing methods.
  • Additional sourcing duties as assigned by the consultant.
