Are structured and organised with good time-management skillsCan effectively prioritise and manage a large caseloadPossess strong customer service skills, accompanied by telephonic and written skillsCan take initiative and be self-motivatedHave excellent attention to detailAre computer literate and have experience using MS Excel, Word and OutlookAre a team playerHave excellent interpersonal skillsAre confident and able to provide clients with first-class customer serviceYour role and responsibilities:Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

Assisting the Australian Migration team in our Melbourne office with migration administrationBeing a first point of contact for clients interested in migrating to AustraliaManaging inbound client enquiries and communication, both online and telephonicallyAnalysing and validating of client documentationCreating and maintaining client records via our CRM systemLearning and understanding various Australian migration laws and policiesCross-selling our other services to clients and promoting our brandPlease note: As you excel in your role and responsibilities, there is an opportunity for advancement into a Migration Consultant position.
