As a Customer Growth Consultant, you will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls, generating leads, and converting them into customers.

This role requires a strong ability to understand customer needs, effectively communicate the benefits of AnyVan's services, and meet or exceed sales targets.


What you'll be doing:

  • Make highvolume outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Generate leads through various channels.
  • Build relationships, upsell, and close deals by effectively communicating the value of AnyVan's services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with the Client Growth Manager to optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.

Skills and experience we think you'll need to be successful in the role:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, with B2B or B2C experience (preferably B2C).
  • Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets.
  • CRM Experience (HubSpot Preferable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Understanding of the difference between value and features.

Working Schedule:

  • UK Hours (Start times may vary, dependent on seasons and peak times for AnyVan)
  • Two Weekend days per month and two weekdays off per month (5 day working week)

We are extremely proud of our culture and believe in the many benefits that being in the office provides and all of our roles require regular time in our Cape Town office.

We support flexible and hybrid working wherever possible but some roles remain fully office based.

Please note - Operational roles in our Contact Centre in Cape Town are fully office based. Where we can support it, typical working patterns would be 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. However, we appreciate everyone's situation is unique and are open to conversations.
