Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced, detailed orientated individual with a passion for Human Resources.

As an HR Practitioner, your duties will be, but not limited to:

  • Manage the recruitment process according to company policies and procedures:
  • Screening incoming CV's.
  • Conduct preinterviews via phone.
  • Lead, Monitor and Manage attendance through the call centre leadership team.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Build and maintain relationships with staff and managers.
  • Address HRrelated queries from employees and involve senior management as needed.
  • Assist in Audits where HR documents are needed.
  • Assist with IR documentation in collaboration with the HR manager.
  • Administer, safeguard and maintain control of all HR documents and employee files.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR manager based in Pretoria.
  • Any other duties, as assigned by the line manager, in line with the role.

  • Have a strong commitment to time management and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in managing stress and resolving conflicts.
  • The ability of being selfled and disciplined.
  • Strong focus on achieving results.
  • Capable of inspiring and motivating others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential (Must have):

  • HR Qualification
years experience in a similar HR position

  • Knowledge on relevant HR related laws and compliance
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word

Salary:
From R10 500,00 per month
