Job Summary:
The Western Cape Government is seeking a highly skilled and competent individual to assist with all aspects of project administration, project assurance, and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Directorate: Health Infrastructure is fully informed of developments and will play a key role in supporting the Department of Infrastructure in achieving its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with project administration, including coordination, planning, and execution
- Provide project assurance and reporting to ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, contractors, and other relevant parties
- Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions and recommendations
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other materials as required
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in project administration, project management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
