LOCATION
Develop and implement a sales marketing strategy to ensure continued growth in membership and continuous improvement in service to the Funds existing and new membership through Broker management and create awareness and loyalty through innovative marketing activity in alignment with Company Mission and Vision

JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Broker Management:

  • Ensure capturing of new Broker Firm onto the system
  • Facilitate payment of commission to Brokers in accordance with the Rules and the provisions of the CMS Act
  • Distribute commission statement to brokers, detailing commission paid per individual member, and unpaid for members
  • Receive, record, resolve and respond to Broker commission queries
  • Prioritize VIP Broker queries resolution within 48 hours

Broker Administration:

Ensure support to Sales and Marketing Executive and Senior Managers with clerical tasks:

  • To compose and type regular correspondence to brokers i.e., broker training invitations and Scheme informative
- m aterial

  • To develop and maintain an electronic filing system for Sales and Marketing department
  • To act as custodian of document management for the Sales and Marketing function and keeping an uptodate repository of company documents
  • To create the monthly Scheme reports and presentations where necessary

Efficiency in process and customer orientation:


  • Ensure ongoing communication with Brokers:
  • Communicating Scheme rules, contributions, benefits, and other changes within the Scheme, including other relevant updates to Brokers, on a regular basis

Support Broker Consultants:

  • Adhoc Broker Report Requests
  • Followingup with Calls Logged with KOH
  • Attend meetings with Broker Consultants and Regional Managers and take minutes for distribution

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Regi At least 5 years' direct sales experience
  • At least 5 years of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data base management systems
  • Good insights of the broking industry
  • A demonstrated ability of people management and leadership
